WHO WE ARE
A registered Nigerian NGO built on a promise — that no teenage girl in our reach would face her most vulnerable years without guidance, support, and hope.

OUR STORY
Teenage Girls Rehab Foundation was inaugurated on September 25, 2021, in Sapele, Delta State — but the story began long before that date.
Founder Mrs Esther Ebireri, a Chemistry Education graduate of Delta State University Abraka, Associate Pastor, and writer, had spent years mentoring teenage girls in her community. She watched girls struggle through the exact same gaps — no hygiene education, no career guidance, no one to talk to about the pressures of adolescence.
She made a promise. That promise became TGRF. Today the foundation is a registered NGO (#8382042) operating across five communities in Delta State, with a track record of six conferences, a Guinness World Record attempt, and a plan to build the first rehabilitation centre for girls the state has ever seen.
🎯
To rescue, equip, and restore teenage girls in Delta State through education, mentorship, digital skills, health awareness, and vocational training — so that every girl can find her God-given purpose and contribute meaningfully to society.
🔭
A Delta State where every teenage girl — regardless of her background, her circumstances, or what has been done to her — has access to the infrastructure, skills, and community she needs to build a dignified and purposeful life.
The six pillars that guide every programme, conference, and initiative TGRF delivers
1
Providing educational scholarships and structured mentorship to keep girls in school and moving forward.
2
Equipping girls with ICT literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and practical vocational training for economic independence.
3
Delivering menstrual hygiene education, sexual health awareness, and mental health support to girls across communities.
4
Building confident young leaders who can advocate for themselves and for the rights of girls in their communities.
5
Raising awareness of gender equality in schools, churches, and communities — changing the narratives that hold girls back.
6
Helping girls discover and pursue their God-given purpose, grounded in values and guided by faith-based mentorship.
