The Urgent Need

Delta State Has No Rehabilitation Centre
for Girls.

Every day, teenage girls fall through the cracks — into trafficking, early pregnancy, substance abuse, and lives without direction. NAPTIP rescues them, but there is nowhere to send them. TGRF is building the infrastructure to catch them.

Your partnership doesn't fund a program. It builds the first dedicated girls' rehabilitation centre in the entire state — and saves the next generation.

The Founder

A Mission Born From
Personal Purpose.

TGRF was not built in a boardroom. It was built from lived experience — a deep understanding of what it means to navigate teenage struggles without guidance, without a safe place, and without someone who believes in you.

Esther Ahunumefo Ebireri founded TGRF in 2021 with one conviction: that every girl deserves a chance to find her dream. What began as a community initiative in Sapele has grown into Delta State's only registered NGO dedicated exclusively to rescuing and restoring teenage girls.

80 Hours.
A Nation Watching.

Five of our girls attempted an official Guinness World Records cook-a-thon — non-stop for 80 hours — drawing crowds from across Sapele and putting TGRF on a national stage.

The Attempt

5 out of 8 girls completed the full 80-hour marathon — a feat of resilience that far exceeded expectations and became a defining moment for the organisation.

The Message

More than a cooking challenge, the event was a public declaration: teenage girls in Delta State are capable, determined, and worthy of investment and recognition.

The Legacy

An official Guinness World Records attempt gives TGRF a media-friendly, verifiable credibility milestone — a compelling story for CSR reports and press coverage.

Stories of Change

The Girls Behind the Numbers

Every statistic is a person. Every event is a turning point. Here are a few of the moments that define why TGRF exists.

"The conference was the first time anyone had talked to me about my future. Not my family, not my school — no one. After that day, I decided to take my education seriously."

Participant, Sapele

"I didn't think I could do anything. The cooking competition showed me I could compete and win. When I carried that refrigerator home, my mother cried. So did I."

Competition Winner, Oghara

"Eighty hours of cooking is not just about food. It is about telling the world: I am still here. I have not given up. I am capable of more than anyone expected."
