Governance & Accountability

The People Entrusted
With This Mission.

TGRF is governed by a board of Nigerian women — educators, mentors, and ministers — legally incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission and held to the same standard of accountability we ask of every partner and donor.

Chief Executive Officer · Chairman & Founder

Registered Trustee

Mrs Esther Ebireri is the Chief Executive Officer of Teenage Girls Rehab Foundation. The vision for the foundation is the result of her own struggles with her teenage years. Having witnessed first-hand the many challenges girls face in their teenage years — and many times without the necessary guidance and support — she decided to create a platform where girls can access the help they need to successfully navigate these very critical years of their lives.

Mrs Ebireri is a graduate of Chemistry Education from Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria; an Associate Pastor with Resurrection Gospel Ministry, Nigeria; a writer; and a teenage girls' mentor.

The Board

Guided by Experience,
Rooted in Community.

Each trustee brings a distinct vocation — education, ministry, family advocacy — to a shared commitment: that no teenage girl in Delta State faces crisis without a place to turn.
