Every Program Is a
Pathway to Freedom.
From residential rehabilitation to vocational training, community conferences to on-site childcare — TGRF's model addresses every dimension of a girl's journey from crisis to independence.
Delta State's First Dedicated
Girls' Rehabilitation Centre.
Today, there is no rehabilitation centre for girls in the entire state of Delta. TGRF is building the infrastructure to change that — a residential facility where homeless teenage girls and those recovering from trafficking, substance abuse, or family breakdown can heal, learn, and launch.
The planned centre will house 15 girls per 12-month cohort, each receiving shelter, literacy education, vocational training, mental health support, and spiritual mentorship — simultaneously and under one roof.

What the Centre Will Provide
Residential Shelter
Safe, dignified housing for homeless girls and trafficking survivors — providing stability as the foundation for every other intervention.
Literacy Centre
Ensuring every resident achieves functional literacy and numeracy before graduation — a prerequisite for economic independence.
Mental Health Support
On-site counselling and trauma-informed care delivered by qualified professionals and faith-based mentors through the Titus 2 model.
NAPTIP Partnership
Planned collaboration with Nigeria's Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons for structured referrals and rescue-to-recovery pipelines.
On-Site Crèche
Young mothers can participate fully in training while their children receive safe, nurturing care — eliminating the childcare barrier to recovery.
Graduate Tracking
12-month post-graduation monitoring to support economic integration and prevent relapse — measuring real, long-term impact per cohort.

Every Program Needs a Partner.
Whether you fund a vocational training track, sponsor a conference, or invest in the rehabilitation centre's construction — your partnership doesn't fund a programme. It builds a life.
